I didn't get an order confirmation. What should i do?

If you did not receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please check the junk/spam folder as it may have accidentally ended up there. Then please add us as approved sender!

If you’re using gmail, take a look in the “promotions” folder as google may have sorted it there.

If your confirmation is not in any of those locations, please send us an email or reach out via our Contact page

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Each item is made to order. Orders can take up to 3-5 business days to process. Once your order is completed it will be shipped out the following day.

How does your sizing work?

All of our items run true to size. Our underwear range in size from S-XL and our shirts range from size S-3XL. You can find our detailed sizing here. If you have trouble finding the right size for yourself, please send us an email at contact@pnshmnt.ca or reach out via our Contact page and we will be happy to help!

Do you offer a pick-up option?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a pick up service for logistical reasons. If you are having issues with shipping prices, please reach out to us via email. Should there be a high interest in such an option, we will do our best to institue it.

What's your Return policy on Underwear?

Unfortunately there are no refunds on underwear for sanitary reasons.Each piece is custom made, in the rare case of any manufacturing issues with your product please send us an email at contact@pnshmnt.ca or reach out via our Contact page and we will be happy to help!

What are your shipping costs and how long it takes for my order to arrive?

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post. There are multiple shipping speeds/options available. Prices will vary depending on the quantity of product being purchased and the speed of shipping selected. All options and prices are calculated automatically during the checkout process on the shipping page. Please be aware if you're choosing a shipping option without tracking we will not be liable for any lost or undelivered items.

My package was lost what do I do?

We do our best to ensure each shipment is received. If you have a tracking #, please first search it with Canada Post to view its status, and view options for redress through Canada Post. You can also email us at contact@pnshmnt.ca For shipments without tracking you can reach out to us by email, however please note that if there was no tracking purchased, we cannot be held liable for lost/undelivered items.
